The center has a team of lecturers with rich practical experience, who have worked in Information Technology engineering at the University of Information Technology - VNU-HCM and Vietnam Oil Corporation, have a Master's degree in Information Technology and international certificates in Information Technology such as: CCNA, CCNP, Linux, MCSA, MCSE, Java programming, C#.Net programming. All lecturers have a certificate of Pedagogical Profession from Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 levels and are currently teaching for many years at Universities, Colleges, and Vocational Colleges in the city such as: Gia Dinh University, Dai Viet Saigon College, Van Xuan College, Saigon Polytechnic College.

For the majors of Foreign Languages, Graphics Design and Web Programming, the center has lecturers with rich practical experience who have worked at prestigious companies and are teaching at leading schools in Vietnam such as: University of Natural Sciences - Faculty of French, Hong Bang Secondary School-Cho Lon Ward-Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts with solid professional degrees and full Pedagogical Certificate.

The center has modern facilities with 2 Lab rooms equipped with 20 computers connected to the internet and 15 professional Cisco network devices, projectors, TVs, and speakers to serve well the subjects of IT, Graphics Design, Programming and Foreign Languages, ensuring that all students have full practice on 100% real equipment. We guarantee that after graduation, students will have solid theory, good practical skills that meet international standards and be able to work immediately to meet the job requirements of businesses in the city.
